Free for you
You never pay Carevo. Carevo charges no commission, per-connection fee or success fee.
We track who replies
We keep a record of which providers reply and follow through. That record affects who we send requests to.
Your details stay private
We never sell your details. Only the providers you are matched with, and the companies that help run Carevo, can see them.
How we share your request
When you send a care request, Carevo notifies providers that match the service, area and funding type. Up to 6 providers can connect with you and receive your contact details. Most places are held for subscribers; free-listed providers are also notified, but must subscribe before they can connect. Notifications to free-listed providers are capped each day and notifications to subscribers are not.
