Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your provider dashboard. An upgrade applies straight away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
What happens when I subscribe?
After subscribing, you'll receive an email to set up your provider dashboard. From there you can claim your profile, add photos and update your services. You can start connecting with people who have sent a care request and receive their contact details.
Can I add more suburbs later?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time to add more service areas. We'll prorate the cost based on your billing cycle.
