Home Care Package services in Brisbane City are subsidised by the Australian Government, which pays an annual subsidy directly to your chosen provider. The subsidy amount depends on your package level, ranging from around $10,000 per year for a Level 1 package to over $60,000 per year for a Level 4 package. Individual service rates typically range from Based on Support at Home funding classification (1-8).

Provider fees come from your package budget, not from your own pocket in most cases. However, providers charge an administration or management fee, which can range from 15% to 35% of your total package budget. This fee covers care coordination, compliance, and administrative costs. Comparing management fees is one of the most important steps when choosing a provider, because a lower fee means more money left for direct services.
