Common billing scenarios
- A support worker takes a participant to a local sporting club for 3 hours on a weekday. The provider claims 3 units at the quoted rate for the direct support time.
- A participant attends a community art class with support worker assistance. The 2-hour session is billed under this code. Entry fees or class costs are not included in the support worker rate and may need separate funding.
