Support coordination is funded by the NDIS under the Capacity Building budget. It costs you nothing out of pocket. The NDIS sets maximum hourly rates that providers cannot exceed.

Level 2 Support Coordination costs up to $129.59 per hour under the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Both levels are funded from Capacity Building and do not reduce your Core Supports budget. Changing coordinators: You can change support coordinators at any time. Give notice as required by your service agreement, typically 14 days. Engage a new coordinator before ending the existing arrangement to ensure continuity, particularly if a plan review is approaching.
