Provider acceptance is not measured consistently after a connection. Requested-language capture and provider language profiles are too incomplete to publish. Carevo therefore withholds both measures and the proposed 0–100 composite.
Why there is no composite scoreThe CSV contains only publishable aggregates. A suppressed region has headers but no hidden values.

Families never pay Carevo. Providers pay a subscription to connect with families, with no commission or paid ranking. How Carevo works
First provider connection: median minutes from an eligible Carevo enquiry to the first non-revoked provider connection. A connection means the provider chose to receive contact details. It is not a verified reply, appointment, client acceptance or start of care.
Coverage gap ratio: eligible Carevo enquiries divided by distinct active listed providers with an active service-area record in the same geography. A listing does not prove current capacity.
Connection rate: distributed Carevo enquiries with at least one non-revoked provider connection, divided by all distributed enquiries in the cell.
Geography: the recorded suburb centroid is allocated to official SA3, capital-city and 2025 federal electorate boundaries. Suburbs can cross boundaries, so this is an approximation.
