North Coast Home Care Pty Ltd provides high-quality, person-centred supports to Aged Care clients and NDIS participants across Wardell, Ballina, Alstonville, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Ocean Shores and Brunswick Heads, with NDIS services delivered through Ad-Lea Supported Living.
We support individuals to maintain independence, stay connected and achieve their personal goals through flexible and tailored care within their home and community. Through Ad-Lea Supported Living, we specialise in inclusive social evening events, creating safe and engaging opportunities for participants to build confidence, form friendships and enjoy meaningful community connection.
Our team takes the time to listen and understand each person’s individual needs, ensuring supports are delivered with dignity, respect and a strong focus on choice and control.
Referrals We welcome new participants and referrals for both Aged Care and NDIS supports.
Our Aged Care Services - Delivered by North Coast Home Care Pty Ltd
We support older Australians to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Independent Living Support:
Assistance with personal care including showering, dressing and grooming Support with mobility and community activities Social & Wellbeing Support Companionship and social support to reduce isolation Support to stay connected with family and friends Respite support for families and carers
Everyday Living Support:
Domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition Home maintaining, light gardening and ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment Transport to appointments, support with shopping.
Clinical & Allied Health Services:
Registered Nurse (RN) services and clinical care Physiotherapy to support mobility and rehabilitation Occupational Therapy (OT) to improve independence and home safety Exercise Physiology to support strength, mobility and overall health Podiatry services for foot care, mobility and ongoing health management
Professionals Services:
Osteopathy for musculoskeletal health and pain management Remedial massage therapy to support muscle relief and circulation Acupuncture to assist with pain management and overall wellbeing
