Life Purpose Australia provides NDIS support services across Perth, including assistance with daily living, social and community participation, and structured social programs. We offer Teen Night Out (Monday and Thursday evenings), the Teen Girls Social Group (Saturdays), School Holiday Programs, and community events designed to build confidence, independence, social skills, and meaningful friendships. Our personalised, goal-focused approach supports participants to thrive at home, in the community, and beyond. All group programs are supported with a 1:1 mentor-to-participant ratio, ensuring personalised support, meaningful engagement, and a safe, inclusive environment for every participant.
