Both levels are funded from Capacity Building and do not reduce your Core Supports budget. The number of hours funded in your plan is determined during your NDIS planning meeting based on your assessed needs. Changing coordinators: You can change support coordinators at any time. Give notice as required by your service agreement, typically 14 days. Engage a new coordinator before ending the existing arrangement to ensure continuity, particularly if a plan review is approaching.

Your first meeting will be a conversation about your goals, your current situation, and what is and isn't working.
