We’ve changed our name from MD Home Care to Carevo

You might have noticed something different. MD Home Care is now Carevo. The name on the door is new, but the people behind it, the providers we connect you with, and the way we work are all the same.

What stays the same

  • The same team. Same staff, same Sydney office, same way of working.
  • The same providers. Every NDIS and aged care provider you could reach through MD Home Care is still in the network.
  • The same free service. Carevo is free for families and participants. Providers pay us only when a family we connect chooses to work with them.
  • The same phone number. Call 1800 953 253.

What’s new

  • New name. Carevo, operated by Carevo Pty Ltd (ABN 69 696 950 919).
  • New website. carevo.com.au. Old links from mdhomecare.com.au keep working and point to the matching new page.
  • New email. [email protected]. The old addresses forward to it, so emails won’t be lost.

Why we rebranded

The website is only a few months old, and the name “MD Home Care” was holding us back in two ways. The “MD” made us sound like a single doctor or clinic, and we are neither. We’re a connection platform that helps families find the right NDIS support and aged care across Australia. The old name also made us sound aged-care-only, even though a large share of the people we help are NDIS participants of all ages.

Carevo is shorter, says plainly what we do, and works for both disability support and aged care. It gives the brand room to grow without the name needing to do extra work to explain itself.

What this means for you

If you’re a participant or family member:

  • Bookmarks and links to mdhomecare.com.au will redirect to carevo.com.au automatically. Update them when you can.
  • If you’ve emailed contact@, admin@, or [email protected] in the past, those addresses now forward to [email protected]. Update your address book when you have a moment.
  • Nothing about your existing connection with a provider changes.

If you’re a provider in our network:

  • Your listing, contact details, and any inquiries we send you continue as normal.
  • The provider portal is now at app.carevo.com.au.
  • Reach out to [email protected] with any questions.

Carevo is operated by Carevo Pty Ltd (ABN 69 696 950 919). We are a connection platform, not a provider. We do not deliver care services ourselves. We help families compare and connect with vetted NDIS and aged care providers across Sydney, Melbourne, and regional Australia, free of charge.
