Finding a chiropractor in Tasmania

What does a home visit cost?
Practitioners set private fees. Carevo does not have a verified national survey of session prices. Ask for a written quote for the initial assessment, follow-up sessions, travel and cancellation charges. Compare equivalent appointment lengths and inclusions.
Funding and rebates
The NDIA excludes chiropractic as an alternative or complementary therapy. A mobility goal or available plan budget does not override that exclusion. NDIA therapy supports guidance.
Medicare, DVA and private health rebates have separate eligibility, referral and service requirements. Check the proposed service with your GP, scheme or insurer and ask the practitioner to quote any gap before booking. Do not assume a home visit is covered because a clinic visit is.
