- Domestic assistance: cleaning, laundry, and everyday household tasks.
- Personal care: help with showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Meals: delivered meals or help with meal preparation at home.
- Transport: getting to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
- Social support: individual companionship or group-based community activities.
