We provide a range of NDIS disability supports including personal care, daily living assistance, community participation, transport assistance, overnight supports (including sleepovers), domestic assistance, and tailored support services based on individual Participant needs.

Which areas do you service?

We support Participants across Metropolitan and Regional New South Wales. In addition to Sydney metropolitan areas, we also maintain a presence in regional communities including Belmont, Orange, Gunning, Bega, Casino, and surrounding areas.

Do you support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed Participants?

Yes. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed Participants.

Are your support workers qualified and screened?

Yes. All support workers undergo appropriate screening checks, onboarding, and training in line with NDIS requirements and organisational standards.

Can supports be provided on weekends or public holidays?

Yes. Supports may be delivered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, subject to staffing availability and agreed rostering arrangements.

How are support rates determined?

Support rates are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Rates may vary depending on the support type, time of day, weekends, public holidays, and applicable loadings.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel-related charges may apply in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Any applicable travel costs are discussed and agreed upon as part of the Service Agreement.

Do you provide emergency or short-notice supports?

Where staffing availability permits, we aim to assist with urgent or short-notice support requests. Please contact us directly to discuss availability.

Will I have the same support worker regularly?

We aim to provide consistency of support wherever possible and will work with you to establish suitable and reliable support arrangements.
