I provide compassionate, person-centred home care supports that help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes and communities. My supports are tailored to each person’s individual needs, preferences, and goals, and may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, household cleaning, gardening and outdoor maintenance, shopping, transport to appointments, and daily living activities.

I also support clients with social and community participation, including companionship, attending social activities, community events, hobbies, and outings that promote connection, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
