My focus is simple: creating a safe, nourishing environment where you feel genuinely cared for while staying connected to the wonderful community we’re lucky to call home. Whether it’s: • Getting out and about around the island and close neighborhoods (Ningi, Beachmere, Caboolture, Morayfield) • Joining a workshop at the Art Centre or UA3 • Enjoying a relaxed coffee & chat at your favorite local café • Planting herbs or refreshing your veggie patch • Mending, fixing, assembling or tackling small jobs around the house • Organizing spaces to make daily life easier • Or having your freezer stocked with delicious, low-inflammatory ready-to-eat meals and wholesome snacks, I’m here to make it happen!
