HMS Community is a registered charity that provides aged and disability support services and other healthcare services in people’s homes, community’s and our Gisborne based clinic. Led by a multidisciplinary team of community paramedics, nurses and nurse practitioners we aim to keep people safe in their homes and communities by preventing unnecessary hospital stays and provide healthcare to those where traditional care has not met their needs.
